The following Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between the Institute and Student of Digital Minds Pakistan (DMP).
By accepting the Institute’s Admission Policy, you accept these terms and conditions in full, which along with student admission and the Institute’s rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Any amendments made by the Institute to the contract will be available on the website and will also be forwarded on WhatsApp.
1. COURSE FEE & REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES
– All admissions will be considered done after receiving full fees and with the required information to be provided by the student.
– Students must lodge an application for a refund informing the appropriate reason for cancellation, no later than three working days after the course starting date.
– If the Student’s application is approved, the Institute will refund the course fee to the student after two weeks. However, the Institute will deduct 30% of an administrative fee.
– The Student will be informed of the date and time through Email/text message to receive the refund amount.
– After one week of commencement of classes, no refunds will be entertained.
– The Student will pay the course fee before the start of the batch.
– The fee for your course will be as stated in the invoice you received from Digital Minds Pakistan.
2. CERTIFICATE AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
– A certificate, of course, will be issued to students who score at least 33% of marks on the test.
– All alumni of Digital Minds Pakistan can apply for an internship program on the basis of the availability of vacancies.
– The Institute gives hands-on practice to students through an Internship program.
– The institute will provide Internship opportunities to students on the basis of their test results.
– The internship may be awarded after a successful candidate’s interview.
– Unsatisfactory performance may lead to the termination of the internship at the initiative of DMP, subject to an appropriate notice period of at least one week.
– The Institute bears no responsibility for loss or damage to my personal property that may occur during my internship.
3. DISCIPLINE
– The Student is expected to attend class on time and to be present on a regular basis, all absences will be noted down and reported.
– Students are required to maintain a strict code of conduct including any kind of physical violence and Sexual Harassment. Indiscipline or misconduct may result in the expulsion of a Student.
– The Students must use Social Media wisely and judiciously, strict legal action will be taken against students who misuse Social Media, or share negative/vulgar comments against Pakistan, Armed Forces, Institute, Teachers, Instructor, Staff, and Peer inside and outside Institute premises.
– Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct, as well as cleanliness of dress and person, are instructed.
– Cleanliness/hygiene must be maintained. It is important to cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
– Eatables and any type of drinking items are strictly prohibited in the classrooms.
4. GENERAL
– The Institute has its own course outline specifically made and designed according to the International level of study on that particular Course. However, DMP can change the content of the course by maintaining the level of changes in studies.
– All the information, excluding the information obtained in the presented Course, is considered to be proprietary to DMP. The students agree not to disclose such information to anyone else.
– The Institute is liable to follow policies announced by the Government in accordance with the rules and regulations. The Students are required to co-operate with the changes made by the Institute.
– Your Behavior reflects your personality. Enters the Institute with positive energy and a pleasing personality.
– Stop hurting/damaging yourself. Say “NO” to cigarettes, Ghutka, Betel nut – or any kind of Drugs. Take healthy foods, stay healthy, and Stay Focused.
– Your dress is not just a matter of your taste, comfort, and convenience, but it must be acceptable and not distracting for others. Enhance your Personality.
– Your choice of words in communication will lead to better understanding each other. Show respect to gain respect for yourself.
