Real-estate is the ultimate investors’ paradise in Pakistan. This is one sector that has continuously seen massive growth for decades without any sign of stopping. There are various key drivers in the real-estate sector development in the country, including the ever-increasing population, and the general population trend of taking real-estate investment as a safe longtime investment. Just talk to any random street person about the investment options in the country and he will be, “bhai plot Lelo” (roughly translates to brother just buy a piece of land). This one line nicely sums up the importance of real-estate in Pakistan.

One sector which has been greatly missing in Pakistan’s real estate industry is the lack of digital presence. The importance of digital marketing in real estate can be understood by the fact that the biggest real-estate platform is also one of the biggest platforms in the country with billion rupees annual turnover. This is further exacerbated by the high penetration of smartphones in major cities, where customers are increasingly looking for the best deals over the internet.

To further establish the growing importance of digital marketing for real estate is the fact that over half of the real-estate deals completed in 2018 were identified on digital channels. And the numbers are only growing with each year, as more and more customers started to realize the benefits of looking for better and more competitive real-estate deals over the internet.
