Best Homz is one of the largest real estate builders and developers in Karachi. The company is accredited for various successful mega residential and commercial projects across the city. All real estate projects by the company offered people a luxurious lifestyle and state-of-the-art business opportunities. It has completed several projects in Karachi and Bahria Town included; BH Trade Tower, BH Arcade, Naveen Heaven, and Ali Waris Residency. Hill Heaven Residency is the latest addition of modern 2-BHK modern apartments and showrooms that offer a lucrative investment opportunity in the Heart of Bahria Town Karachi.
Problem Statement
While the company has been operating in the city for years and had some big successful projects under its belt, it didn’t have any online presence or marketing strategy. There were very few (if any) real estate builders and developers in Karachi who maintained an adequate online presence or pursue a digital marketing strategy to catch up with modern-day customers.
Thereby, the project needed a thorough strategy to build the website from scratch that could portray the competence and milestones of the company. Also, it was required to develop an effective digital marketing strategy that could improve the reach and visibility of the company amongst potential new-age customers.

We were contacted by the internal team of Best Homz to come up with the complete online presence strategy from the scratch. Our main tasks included designing an interactive and responsive website that connects with potential customers, including content marketing, graphic designing, and website design and development. We were also tasked to devise a custom digital marketing strategy that can help the company boost its online presence and visibility across the target market.

Solution
To begin, we worked out a vivid, bespoke, and confidence-boosting website design specifically customized to connect with modern-day real-estate customers. The website design was created to boldly display the achievements of the company as a means to boost visitors’ customers. Also, content creation efforts were put into work to come up with engaging and lively content that instantly connects with the customers and relates them to the vision and philosophy of the business. The website had all the crucial features and bold design components to boost visitors’ confidence.
Once the website was completed, we move on to devising the digital marketing strategy for the company. This was a bit tricky since the market is quite scattered and relatively small. To being with, we launched a strong branding campaign to maximize the reach and visibility of the brand. This resulted in a significant increase in traffic for the company. Simultaneously, traditional digital marketing techniques including SEO and SMM were launched to continue brand building and sales promotions for the business.

Moreover, periodic sales campaigns were also launched to boost sales and conversion rates.
