Elite services are Pakistan’s leading cleaning and fumigation service provider, offering international home cleaning and pest control standards. The company brings its Canadian origin and experience to Pakistan to offer home and office owners seamless, hassle-free, and affordable fumigation and home cleaning services.
Problem Statement
While the company did bring a solid international reputation, strong work ethics, and advanced service standards in the industry, it nonetheless has to compete with hundreds of local companies offering low-quality services at ridiculously cheap rates.
The biggest challenge for the company was to create awareness amongst the masses regarding the significance of quality fumigation services and the potential hazard of going with low-quality cheap services.
We were taken on board to manage the company’s complete branding and online reputation management. The initial task was to perform a detailed market survey to identify potential gaps in the market and create customized marketing campaigns exclusively targeted at a potential market. The core challenge was to develop a marketing strategy that could differentiate the brand from other generic companies and establish its international reputation.

We joined the elite services.pk team as the Digital Marketing Consultant; with the primary task of creating a customized branding and marketing strategy for the company.

Solution
It was a unique project in that despite a large market opportunity, a massive awareness campaign was needed to disrupt the cheap generic brands offering low-quality and often hazardous fumigation and cleaning services. To achieve this objective, I created a multi-faceted strategy. In contrast, a solid informative campaign was launched to make the masses aware of the dangers of choosing sub-standard fumigation or pest control services for their homes and offices. The other campaign was intended to spread the technical prowess and experience of the company to establish it as a pioneering solution for international standard pest control and home cleaning services.
Overall, it was a great team effort by the entire marketing team, and the founders also put up their strong commitment and support to our team. Within a few months, we were able to create a substantial market segment for the brand while creating brand loyalty amongst high-end clients.

Results
Since it was a multi-facet campaign, the results didn’t come immediately. During the first six months, we were able to create a dedicated space for the brand, especially in the high-end clientele that includes large national and international corporations. Over the next six months, we dedicatedly pushed ahead with mass marketing for the brand and were able to secure thousands of strong followers and hundreds of new clients across Karachi.
