About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated IELTS Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS training programs to our enrolled students. Working with a diverse range of individuals, you will guide them on how to prepare for the IELTS exam and improve their English language proficiency, ensuring that each student receives the support and attention they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and deliver IELTS training programs to individuals and corporate clients, ensuring that courses are engaging, challenging, and meet the specific needs of the learners
✅ Design, develop and update IELTS course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that are aligned with the latest IELTS syllabus and exam format
✅ Conduct regular mock tests and assessments to evaluate the progress of the learners and provide timely feedback to help them improve their language skills and performance
✅ Provide one-on-one or group training sessions as needed, and work with the learners to create individualized learning plans that meet their specific needs and goals
✅ Work with the management team to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make suggestions for improvement
✅ Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in IELTS training and exam preparation
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as an IELTS Instructor or a similar role, with a proven track record of success
✅ Expert-level knowledge of the IELTS exam and its requirements, with experience in preparing students for all modules of the exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with learners from diverse backgrounds
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose learners’ weaknesses and design effective strategies to address them
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
✅ Passionate about teaching and committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for every learner
✅ Experience in developing IELTS course materials and assessments would be an advantage
