Problem Statement

Wearglam is a specialty store for branded clothing and accessories in the USA. The biggest challenge with the store was the high market competition in this niche. While being a specialty store for branded clothing, the business has to compete with hundreds of competitors working in the same market and offering similar products. Since we were taken on board during the very initial stage of business and tasked to manage a complete online presence and marketing for the store, it was a challenge to come up from scratch with a customized website design and marketing strategy that can boost traffic and sales for the company.

Task

The management of Wearglam contacted us during the conceptualization phase of the business. After the initial consultation with the management, we were tasked to manage the complete online presence and marketing of the store including designing and development of a relevant website that can connect and engage users, as well as, devising custom SEO marketing strategy and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales for the business.

Solution

As a highly competitive segment, we had to get things rolling from the very beginning of the project. To achieve the best results for the client, we created two specialized teams to take over different components of the project. The first team was tasked to design and develop a user-friendly, engagement, and confidence-boosting online platform for the store that attracts, converts, and retains users. Whereas, the second team was tasked to devise customized SEO marketing and PPC strategy for the business.

The first team started their assignment by working on different themes that reflect the core value and philosophy of the store. The team carefully choose each and every design aspect to ensure all components align with our end goal (driving traffic and sales), while also keeping the aesthetics of the site alive.

The second team started customizing the SEO marketing strategy for the store with the ultimate aim to improve visibility, reach, and brand loyalty for the store. To double-down our efforts on driving sales, we also started working on sales-oriented PPC campaigns powered by strong copywriting and bold interactive images.

Results

The overall results of the campaigns were highly satisfactory for the project. We were able to hit top ranking with multiple keywords within the first six months of the SEO campaigns. Also, to complement our SEO strategy, we simultaneously launched interactive PPC campaigns that keep driving sales for the business. Over the course of one year, we were able to increase the traffic to the store by 250%, whereas, the sales saw an increase of 120% during the year. Our robust content marketing strategy enabled the store to garner a strong brand following and authority in the market; thereby improving overall sales and revenue for the business.
