✅ Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
✅ Engage with potential clients on WhatsApp and provide friendly and informative responses to their queries.
✅ Understand clients’ needs and pain points, and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions to showcase the value of our services.
✅ Nurture leads through the sales process, following up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of efforts.
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue growth.
✅ Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions and progress in a CRM system.
✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to be able to address client inquiries effectively.
✅ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
✅ Familiarity with various social media platforms and messaging apps like WhatsApp.
✅ Knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, web design, and development.
✅ Strong customer-centric approach and exceptional problem-solving skills.
